FAQ

Wusool is a new portal that allows RCU users to access internal applications either via the internet or form RCU local network in a secure manner. Once logged in through Wusool, the applications can be accessed securely without entering any additional credentials in a seamless way. Wusool also enhances the user experience by gathering all RCU applications that s/he is authorized to access in one single page.

All RCU users who need to access the RCU internal applications via the internet from outside RCU premises must access them through Wusool. In addition, users who seek convenience by having all applications in a single page can benefit by using Wusool.

By using Wusool, connections to RCU internal applications will always be secured whether they are accessed inside or outside RCU premises. Furthermore, by accessing the applications through Wusool, users will only need to authenticate themselves once.

All RCU users have access to Wusool by default.
